Far from typical pub food, the Carolina Brewery serves up award-winning contemporary American cuisine. Our Chef Paul Rhoades is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park, New York.
Our menu features delicious appetizers, great burgers, crisp salads, and Southern favorites such as Shrimp and Grits and our Down East Barbeque Plate. And with a new seasonal menu served up four times a year, there’s always something new to try and another reason to visit.
